How can i compute the overlap of VBM and CBM?

#1 Post by matt.ss » Thu Apr 22, 2010 11:24 am

Hello all,

I would like to calculate the overlap of the valence band maximum and conduction band minimum, so that i need the wave functions to calculate the integral. Could you please help me how to find these wavefunctions? or is there any easy way that i couldn't think?

Thanks a lot :)
