CHGCAR grid is in direct coordinates?

CHGCAR grid is in direct coordinates?

I assume the CHGCAR grid is in direct coordinates rather than cartesian.

So the point (mx,my,mz) means mx*(Lattice Vec 1) + my(Lattice Vec 2) + mz*(Lattice Vec 3)

Is that right?
