Fixed spin calculation for Antiferromagnetic

#1 Post by againsmile » Thu Sep 04, 2008 7:56 pm

Dear All,

I try to calculation fixed magnetic moment calculation.

For Ferromagnetic calculation, I used 'NUPDOWN' command and it works well. But it didn't work for AntiFerromagnetic state. That command only adjusts the total magnetic moment.

Thus, is there any other way to apply for Antiferromangetic?
I found some papers which is reported about the fixed magmom calculation for Antiferromagnet.

If you have any experience about this, please let me know.

Thanks,
