parities of wavefunctions

#1 Post by ranjit.phy » Thu Jun 19, 2014 1:14 pm

We have a crystal system and we have calculated its band structure along a highly symmetric direction using vasp. Let us assume we know what are the TRS invariant symmetric points of this system. We are interested to find out what are the parities of wavefunctions for the CB and VB edge bands at these specific symmetric points. Please help us
