#1 Post by zhangjinmt » Mon Apr 22, 2013 9:12 am

Dear vaspers;
I am confused with the meaning of Fermi level in VASP;for semiconductors,what is the difference between Valence band top and fermi level?When I use P4VASP to draw band structure; fermi level is equel to valence band top which is different from the resut in some papers。
