WORK FUNCTION CAL OF METAL-SEMICONDUCTOR SYSTEM
can anybody help me to calculate 1.interface dipole 2. work function for a metal-semiconductor system using VASP. i want to calculate the work function of the metal when it is on the semiconductor surface.
