Elastic constant under high pressure

I feel puzzled about calculating the elastic constant under high pressure using the vasp5.2 soft ,does it need the amendment,for example c11=C11; c12 = C12 -P;c44=C44-P/2 in cubic structure ??
any help will appreciated
