Is the "Saw-Tooth" like potential implemented in VASP 5.2?

#1 Post by kevinyoh » Thu Jun 18, 2009 1:31 pm

Dear All,

I want to use VASP 5.2 to do calculations of heterostructures under electric fields, which is believed better to use the "Saw-Tooth" like electric field. Can anyone here kindly tell me whether VASP 5.2 can do that calculations or not?

Thanks!

Best regards,
Kevin
