query about calculation of magnetic moments

hello everyone! i want to calculate magnetic moment of clusters with atoms(1to20) both in collinear and non collinear state with vasp.i am finding problem to calculate it.however on setting MAGMOM i am getting some magnetic moment value,but whats the exact procedure
