In analysing the dipole correction,it is said that the quadrupol, monopole and dipole contributions should be reduced by dielectric constant. However, to a materials who has different dielectric constants in different axis directions (e.g. BaTiO3 at ferroelectric phase), how can we define its dielectric constant ?? B)
