Complaining about the VASP forums

Dear VASP supporter,
By have a short look at the VASP forums it easy to see bunch of unanswered questions. Also, not only answering to the question are really slow but also most of the suggested solutions by admin or supporters are not that helpful and informative, so, the problem indicated in the question can not be solved.
As you know VASP is the most expensive DFT package, also, a limited number of users are able to use a licence and even register in the forum, however, the forums of the other cheaper or even free DFT package are really really better, for example please have a look at Wien2k mailing list (http://www.mail-archive.com/wien@zeus.t ... ien.ac.at/) to see how fast and patiently the wien2k supporters answer to the questions beside of a nice user guide it has.
