Vasp on IBM Blue gene/Q

Dear admin and users, Vasp manual says it is supported by IBM blue gene, I wonder how I can get Makefile for Blue gene/Q.

Sorry, for this very late respond. I am in charge for IBM to provide support on BlueGene/Q and Power systems.
We have a makefile for BG/Q and Power, as well as some changes for performance by integrating for instance FFT from IBM ESSL math library.
