Simulated TEM images

#1 Post by yanzilai » Sun Jun 22, 2014 9:50 am

Hi,
I read the paper about two-dimensional materials, i.e. PRL 109. 035503. I find VASP can be used for simulating TEM images through DFT calculations. However, I am quite confused about how to achieve this. Does anyone know?
