I am trying to do some DFT+U calculations. In surface relaxation process, the process starts and after 6 or 7 itarations it goes off and gives this message

= EXIT CODE: 15
= CLEANING UP REMAINING PROCESSES
= YOU CAN IGNORE THE BELOW CLEANUP MESSAGES
=====================================================================================
APPLICATION TERMINATED WITH THE EXIT STRING: Terminated (signal 15)


I never seen this before. Can somebody please tell me what the fault is.
