#1 Post by hoya84 » Tue Mar 12, 2013 6:39 am

hi vasp users
I am wondering what is the unit of dipole matrix element in vasp.
CHAM(m,n,NK,ISP,j)= <u_m|- i d/dk_j | u_n> = - <u_m| r_j |u_n>

is it hbar*borh radius ?
