I calculate the bulk Au by set LEPSILON=T,
I got
MACROSCOPIC STATIC DIELECTRIC TENSOR (including local field effects in DFT)

dose the real dielectric constant for metal should be very huge?
what's the meaning of the value 8.129 here?
