Dear there
I have a question on how to have the orbital moments from a hybrid functional calculation, such as HSE06. In general, we can have the orbital moments from standard functional (LDA, GGA or LSDA+U)when doing a spin orbital + non-collinear magnetic calculation. Any comments are very welcome!
